PLastic or CF, it doesn't matter to me. All I'm interested in is a hugger that covers a good portion of the tire so my tail lights don't get hammered.

Your website shows it as $155 shipped? Do you have a picture of it installed on a bike?

The Tyga doesn't have enough coverage. Can't even find Magical, so I was looking at Harris, but I was hoping somebody would have a used one.

And how do you know this?

The post says they use epoxy resin.

And why do you have you whole swingarm covered in carbon fiber? Looks stupid IMO
Covered in wavy, pitted, milky carbon too!:woot: Looks like Sanford and Son built that bike. Damn junk collectors.

The TYGA hugger obviously doesn't cover a good portion of the rear tire, it was designed to be discreet and protect mainly the rear shock.

FWIW tyga uses polester resin and not epoxy
Total b/s according to TYGA themselves and I checked. TYGA use epoxy resin and UV resistant top coats for their carbon products.

How does a "sponsor" get away with spreading lies like this? This is similar to when he was trying to sell fake Brembo calipers as real. WTF is wrong with this world!:banghead

what post?

i have not seen any post here stating Paul uses epoxy and if it was said my him i am sorry i had not seen it:cool: I used to import pauls parts and i know they WERE polyester all the times i bought them and it is easy enough to check. sand a corner some with a dremel and if it smells like bondo it is polyester, epoxy does not smell;)

i have the whole swingarm covered to showcase parts i make and simply because i can:D

OK, glen said it not paul then.

i had not read that and good looks then if they have started to do that. not too long ago i had imported their products just as Glenn is doing and ALL of them were made of polyester resin and had no clearcoating and i had some issues with cracking and them being brittle.

i had not seen this thread and i have not spokebn with paul for some time either

just cruised their site again and could not find them using the word epoxy anwhere on their site and so i have emailed paul to find out directly as they should list that on their site if that be the case IMO as that is somehting i know i and many look for

I make a similar hugger as that too but their price seems the best although i can make mine in several material colors and several weave:rockon

So this guy is looking for a simple hugger and Mark makes a couple huggers that would work for him. This bashing is really infantile. Has anyone seen any of the carbon parts Mark makes in person or is this the uninformed opinion that it seems. I have several of Marks parts and just ordered more. I couldnt be happier with the quality and appearence. My RC is better with em. Buy em or dont, but otherwise grow the **** up. You ruin this forum.

Some people have also held the BEST pieces u can buy and are comparing his workmanship to the better builders. They don't have the wavyness or cloudiness and their customer service is impecable. You don't get berated and cursed at on an Internet forum.;)
