I bought a piece of abs remnant from a local plastic supply store charged me $2
made a template from paper
cut it out
bonded it with abs cement from the depot

clean flapperless
used a hacksaw blade i use on my sprinklers to trim all restrictions from inside... prob bout as good as u can do without buying/making a custom snorkel
