they are aluminum brackets, just a basic mount for the exhaust, replaces the passenger pegs bracket.

If anyone needs high mount hangers and has low mount ones or just wants to buy mine, I've got some very nice looking two brothers high mount hangers in black. They look awesome, but won't fit my low mount setup.
