Help! My dealer has advised on service that my side stand support bracket for 2004 749 is distorted, which apparently is not covered by warranty as it is apparently bent and not manufacturers workmanship fault..

Has anyone such an item for sale please?

this may or may not be a stupid question but can you still use the side stand? if not ebay is a good place to look for such things.

The side stand itself is fine, its just the bracket is slightly bent, which makes the bike lean even further!!!

did you try to bend it back?

The bike sits on it now, im wary that if i bend it back it may break!

I have one...send me a PM...its from 2003 749...and it will come with the side stand
