Because Aprillia is run by a bunch of monkeys that can't figure out how to properly serve their customers.

Do you really want a single cyclinder motorcycle that is heavier than a SV650?

Re: (Beer_or_2)

Was it Tom Mc Donald's decision not to bring it here? Seems like a fun bike to thrash around town.

Once gas breaks $4.00 perhaps things will start to get interesting....

He is the grandson of Ole McDonald, a well known farmer who had songs written about him. Tom, the grandson, got into agricultural equipment which led him to an abiding interest in diesel powered machinery and thusly to Aprilia. Since his association with this fine marque of Italian excellence, almost one hundred Aprilias have been sold in the states. In addition, he was instrumental in the resurgence of Moto Guzzi and they have foisted off almost a dozen of their bikes in the last three years.
