alright i just wanted to know what the small allen head bolt next to the oil filter pick up bolt is? i dont have a manuel so no clue and does it need to be removed when removing the oil filter pick up bolt?

I'm too stupid to figure how to make Snapfish pics any bigger so here's what you get.....


Are you talking about #23...? That's just a little drain plug under the filter screen. You don't have to mess with it. It's called a "cap" in the parts book

it'll be an external plug for the oil gallery that runs fomr the pick up strainer to the horizontal pump feed gallery. don't remove it.

we had a customer do it once a few years ago. when it went bad he wanted some new cases under warranty.
