well i dont really know what direction to go with this company now but i placed an order about 2 weeks ago and have had no contact with the company since, i have tried calling many times and leaving messages as i am trying to change one piece in my order, and i have sent several emails along with instant messages on this forum to BFP. I have not heard back from anyone and no tracking numbers or anything. I dont know what some of you guys have had in the way of customer service but to me it is unnaceptable. Do any of you know how i could resolve this situation??
