I've had issues with them some time ago, and I will never deal with again. But I've heard they have better sells reps now. so you'll probably won't have any issues.

Nothing but good things to say about Brook and the boys at Vee Two. I've ordered quite a few things from them over the years (especially back in the strong dollar days), and each transaction was painless. Back when we were messing with different cams in my Pro Thunder bike, Brook even offered to send cams, let us try them, and swap them for something else if we didn't like the results. And, when I blew the motor up racing and took out one of the heads, he even sold me a single intake and a single exhaust cam. Not too many companies would do that.

VwwTwo are selling direct to customers in the US? I thought they had a distributor here. Huh. Unless Supermoto isn't the US distributor, that speaks volumes for their customer support... if they're willing to go around their own importer, then they do not respect the market they are selling to.
