Valve Job Help...

I have taken on a project and its quite involved. Started with a flywheel. Now its a new clutch, corse milled case, and a few other bits a pieces. What I need is someone that has some experience with Valve work and lives in either SoCal or Sacramento. I have the tools and the mechanical ability. I learn easier if some one can help show me how to do a valve job on 748. Reading it in a shop manual doesnt cut it.
