After 5 months of waiting, my new frame arrived. It came with bearings, VIN stamped in and decals nicely tucked into an envelope. After getting it home I discovered something that made me laugh but I may well cry...

looks like the diagonal frame member (the one in the middle of the engine area) is going the wrong way! You pic is the way it is in the FI bikes. I don't think the carbs will fit with the diagonal member the way it is.

Also, the mounting holes for the full fairings L & R seem slanted. will they work?

The mount fot the fairing bracket is backwards. I don't think it will line up.
