That ped crash was nasty...read a news article about it, said he survived the because the suv rolled over him where the pt cruiser hit it. A handy pedestrian cavity...
Poor Brock...The rider in the picture is Brock Davidson who had a few nitrous backfires that year. I was standing behind him when it happened at Atco. He fought with nitrous and fuel injection all year and eventually scrapped the process.
BTW Brock was the first person ever to put a streetbike into the 7's in the 1/4 mile

Looks great!
Awesome brakes!
Smooth (for a thumper).
Good power. It feels about the same as an LC4.
Great suspension! I still haven't ridden it hard, but it feels perfect.
Cons (minor nitpicks)
Stock mirrors (fixed).
Emissions crap is ugly (will be fixed).
Auto-retract sidestand (fixed)...
I've always been a supermoto fan since my first KTM back in 2003 and lately I've been getting the bug to get another. I picked up a 2001 WR426, it's been big bored, cammed and now new valves installed. As I was starting to build this bike, I realized we have access to a lot of really nice...
