I suggest anybody with an interest in the matter to make a trip to Israel.
While you are there break away from the State-provided guide (easy to do) and start exploring on your own.
While the plight of the indigenous Arabs (both Muslim and Christian) is well known and absolutely real, the discrimination carried out on "second class" Jews (meaning everybody non-Ashkenazim) will become immediately evident.

Now to the facts, Israel has been activly busy over the years in helping Jewish communities in need all over the world including dark skinned Jews with numbers which would have made any country kneel at the economic burden.

This is the story of the Ethiopian Jews brought to Israel by the thousands from 1984 till 1991 using the MOSAD and Israel Defence Force.

Yet we expect them to not act - especially when we rattle sabres and puff our chests out. For crying out loud, some of you guys just don't get human nature and national security.

IMO, what happened a thousand years ago (or maybe even over a hundred years ago) is water under the bridge. Time has expired on the claim to lands in Iran, Iraq and elsewhere. It's unfortunate that Jews have been treated the way they were but that doesn't make zionist actions today forgivable.

If zionists want to get along with their neighbors they should stop expanding and return Palestinians their homes. But, like I've said before, Israel doesn't want peace.
