·I first want to state how thankful I am for finding a site like this. I also have a Ford Mustang and did not think that there would be another site as cool as corral.net. For Ducatis of course....
Anyway, If my temp switch (Duc 996) (the one that works for the temp gauge) is not workinig properly, would that affect my fan switch? I have a new switch (evoluzione) for the fan temp. It was working fine. I went for a ride this morning, and my temp gauge was not working, and my fan did not come on. I did a test for the gauge temp switch, (i.e. ground the one wire to the switch, and see if the temp needle moves all the way to the right) and the switch is shot. All fuses and relays are good to go. Long story, short, If this switch is shot, would that affect the fan at all? Thanks in advance..
