Not for a while yet. I believe the Paul Smarts are due late this year, and the Sports early next year. Or maybe it was the other way around...

I have one on reserve. March 2006 is the earliest ETA, I wouldn't be suprised or shocked if its a little late.

I have a Paul Smart on order and the date for us here in Houston is November 05.

as far as I am aware, Ducati has only quoted "build dates" not "delivery dates"
Production on the Smart may start in Nov 05, delivery ?? maybe March 06....??

Dave,

November was given to me as the delivery date from someone in Ducati N.A. and my dealer.
If that's not the case so be it. I've had a deposit down since May, 04. I can wait.

Reading thru what we were given regarding these bikes it states that the "preliminary production plan" is for PS1000 in Nov 05, Sport in March 06 and GT in Sept 06. It goes on to state that "Typical ocean freight transit times range from 4-6 weeks" So my best guess would be March of 2006 for the first delivieries in the US.
