Selling your Ohlins forks?

I would like to upgrade my 996 Showas to Ohlins R/T's (who doesn't??) but finding a used set seems to be futile at best. Folks hold onto them like grim death or huck 'em on Ebay. I'd much rather do my dealings here than there ... so here's my wish.
I see that, new, they're going for 23 hundo. Are there better deals than that???
If someone is looking to sell their bike with the Ohlins front end but would rather get nearly the same cash with a Showa and sell me theirs, could we work out a deal? I'll even throw in a cool Cyclecat top triple.
