section8 track day re-reviseted only 2 weeks left!

Two weeks left and there are still a few spots left. It’s now time for non Ducati riders to sign up. Get em’ fast, there are only a few left.

Wish I had seen this earlier. We will be there Monday and it would be nice to get two days in, but that darn late sign up fee kicks it up to $160 for one day.

Guess I need to check the Board more often!

Actaulay if you sign up for two days you end up with $117.50/ day

Unfortunately, this old man would have trouble making it through two track days and an LED in one weekend. Maybe if I quit smoking, but that ain't happening anytime soon.

do what i'm doing: look for the bunch o tents on the side of the road

from what i understand, turn into the track, and left side in a field before the gates?
i dunno. i really just looking for bikes, tents and trucks...

Just as you turn into the track entrance, there will be a small field to the left. Camp there.

Saturday night you will be able to camp in the infield for a fee.

I'm going to be coming in Friday at about 8pm ( local time ) and staying at the Candlestick inn.

Is there a group get together for dinner or something ???

Don't you mean the candlestone?

A group of us from the Ducs Unlimited DOC club will be having diner and drinks there on friday night.

I'll have my "Hello my name is" Capt. Home Slice tag on! Also look for people wearing Ducs Unlimited hats and Tshirts. I'll be wearing mine.

See you in the Morning. We are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Grand Rapids. Probably wont get in til midnight. Look for the Cycle Cat truck. Any requests on our products on board?

Grand Rapids Local here. For any of you who are coming into town early and looking for something to do I thought this might be fun. The World Championships of vertical wind tunnels will be going on May 20th in downtown Grand Rapids next to the GR Ford Museum. This is where they take a big fan and blow skydivers 50+ feet into the air to perform aerial maneuvers. There will also be guest MC, Nick Warnock from ‘The Apprentice’, and a special performance by Ollie from The Warp Brothers. Grand Rapids Rock Alternative, WGRD, will broadcast live from Ah-Nab-Awen Park (next to GR Ford Museum). The World Championship event will be taped live for a sports television production. Anyway I think it will be cool and I'm planning to check it out. I'm also going to try to come by Grattan on Saturday to say hi and meet some people even though I wont be riding.
