Screw-Type chain master link...

You guys seen this master link set up from EK Chains?? Anyone used it? Any opinions?? Sure does seem like it would make for a less complicated job.

they look like Hi-loks holding the chain together (we use them in aircrafts)... think I'm going to try 'em out when I'm do for a chain.

So whats wrong with a rivet? Seems like a lot of engineering when a rivet would still make a better link.

This seems alot more user friendly, and no need to run out and spend a bunch of money on special tools. Not saying it's better or stronger cause I don't know, but it makes sense to me. If it was just as strong/dependable, I'd get it, cause I don't have the tools for rivets.

Those links are like 1/5~1/3 the price of riveting tools. If this is your only bike and you're gonna get out of bikes in 12,000 miles, then go for it.
