In Holland we also have some Real road racing.
Not as spectaculair as in the UK, but it also goes faaaast!!
This weekend there was a race in Hengelo.

Here some footage of the superbike race.
After two laps there was a red flag situation after a hughe crash, in the same corner where my team mate has a huhge moment at +/- 2:40.

Enjoy!!

Those are back roads, 5 meters wide.
Almost to small for racing, but you have to race somewhere if you have only one permanent track in the country that is suitable for motor racing (Assen).
We have one more permanent track, but that one is at least as dangerous as the street tracks.

Luckily there are only two road racing events left in the championship, next week is the other one.
Rest of the races are one Assen (a few times), Spa (2X), Mettet (1X) and Oschersleben (1X)

Every year there are some terrifying crashes on these tracks, also this year.
Lots of riders get hurt real bad (from bruises up to broken vertebrae ), but luckily no fatalities the last few years.

Some riders love to race on these tracks, despite of the danger.
Another clip with a big crash from this weekend, in the amateur class.
