I'd be interested to find out how they planned getting it registered, due to the laws here that bike being under 20 years old, won't be able to be registered(unless RAWS(not on list) or personal import). Another guy imported an RC45 from Japan to Australia and end up registering it as a 1988 VFR750(dodgy).
I'm not sure about registering it, but they might have got compliance for it. They had a couple of RC30s recently, too. I think they came from Japan. They bring quite a few Ducati's in, too. I guess if anyone can get compliance and rego, they can.
Yeah, one of those RC30's is here in their Adelaide store, bit average condition for the price they're asking. 30's are easier to register as they are over 20 years old. Have you had a look at the 45? what condition is it in, bit overpriced I think.
