Hello I'm a new owner to an 01 rc51 bought it last spring and prob only put a few hundred miles on it. Been having code 19 come up a hand full of times at random I will shut the bike off say to get gas and 5 mins later won't start gives me code 19 thought it might be a battery issue but bike will turn over fine until I've tried to start for 30 min with no luck haha. Trailer bike home fully charge still no start let it sit overnight fires right up and won't have a prob for a month or so? I'm guessing 4hat ounce it's sat long enough the code clears? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Code 19 indicates problem with ignition pulse generator, the ignition sensor inside the alternator cover.
Either the sensor is faulty, or a wiring problem. BTW the code does not disappear. The computer stores all fault codes until cleared.
For 2001 (SP1), the PN is 30300-MCF-000 $63.71
