According to the owner's manual, no.
The USA gauge only shows temps in Fahrenheit, and Canada/Euro gauge only shows in Centigrade.

About the only thing you can change is speed on the US gauge from MPH to Km/Hr.

It can be changed if you send it to blue gauges, I had a number of US spec changed to Euro...but it will not be something where you can toggle back and forth.
