Clean your rotors if you havn't run galfer's before. Scotch-brite minimum to get the old pad residue off.
Then drag them a little or run easy for a few miles, then start using them harder until you get up to full braking.
If you have an opportunity have your rotors bead blasted clean - doesn't cost much. Scotch brite, steel wool and 400 wet sandpaper in a circular motion will clean off the old rotor material.
Run easy for 50 miles and then cut loose.
