I am looking for the piece that holds the headlight lamp in place, it goes on the back, almost like a clip. It is for a 98 916. Does anybody know what I am talking about, and what it is called? I also need a taillight bulb..and a lot of bolts, and a handlebar end.. (yes, every ride I take, something new falls off the bike!). Anyway, I have searched the net, and can't seem to find any online places to order.. so any help would be appreciated...

For OEM parts, try to use the parts catalog from Ducati. Here is one for the 2000 996, as they don't go further back at Ducati.com

Many parts are the same from year to year, especially something like you describe. With a part number in hand, you'll have an easier time getting exactly what you want.
