Mr.CHPs umbrella boy... it didn't win me any points on the way home...

"Thank you Mr.CHP for stopping me I'd would probably kill myself out
hair balling the Fremont traffic."

Mr.CHP: "I've been chasing you for miles, do you know how fast you
were going?.

"Yes sir, 140 laughing all the way."

Mr.CHP "Well it wasn't that fast"

"Sir thats 140KPH."

Mr.CHP pears down at my clocks: "You'd better get that fixed"

"Yes sir... I respond well to warnings"

Mr.CHP: "OK old guy you know better than that. I clocked you 90+ but I
will write it 80 so you can go to traffic school."

"Thank you young sir... don't I know your mom?"

SMILE...

Nice pics. Having been lucky enough to get to the Laguna Seca round of the MotoGP once I think it's a truly special race track. Great place to make a pilgrimage to. Love the shots of the Highway Patrol.

I never wear socks with sandals myself ... I dunno, I'm vain I guess and hell knows I'm certainly not handsome but I'd just rather die than be caught dressing like that on camera. Each to their own.

Cool pics, Larry...and info on the s/arms. Thanks! Interesting that M1 is running the short arm, when they have the ability to run a much longer arm.

Regarding the Duc and Zook cranks...also interesting that they're running a different configuration to the 990 Desmocedici Big bang motors. The pin configuration is only half the story, so did you happen to ask them what firing sequence they're running?

They don't sound like a normal screamer RC45 sequence, so I assume they they are running a much more staggered sequence with the common 360 pin crank. There are so many variations and possibilities here, it's difficult to know without them telling us.

Anyway, thanks for the pics and data. It's all good for our collective knowledge.

PS. The socks and sandals thing looks so funny to my eyes, but then us South Africans are known to prefer barefeet anyway.....bunch of bushmen! :)
