What was so amusing is the local MV dealer basically refused to order a MV up for me without full money down (even financing they woudn't do it). They order a couple up and everyone backed out hence they where stuck with them. I would love to own one but I went with a new Ducati instead (saved 10k to boot!)
thank you Giannis! takes me away from the baby changing, feeding and 2 hour naps!! somthing to drream about! i will take the Brutale thank you very much!
I think they need to get their sales up a ittle bit before going World Superbike racing. They've been doing endurance racing in Europe for a while and I just read that they are running European Superstock and German Superbike this year.
What I like about the bike is it has a engine braking system like some MotoGP bikes. Plus a slipper clutch. Here is a link to a June CW 1000 shoot out. ZX10R vs. MV Agusta vs. GSXR1000 K5 . Scroll down, and click on thumb nails to read all about it. It has great power, but a little on the heavy side. They say it has awesome balance thou.
I thought it had no slipper clutch. They said with the valve control system that it isn't needed, and it handles almost as if it has a slipper. You'd think for twenty some odd grand they could do better than Nissin non-radial brakes though. Of all the places to skimp, sheesh...

Yeah, your right. I misread the article.
I heard it Scott! Order it soon before she has a chance to retract that statement!!!
That thing is bikeporn.
I think the local dealer up here still has a 750 SP01 kitbike. Jeez I love that thing. Embroidered suede seat. Magnesium/carbon fiber everthing. Even the iridium blue screen is sex on wheels material. I wonder if I could sell a kidney...
Like cycle world said, gimme that motor in the brutale for under 15k and I'm in.
Am I being unrealistic?
