Good to see. While I do not suppor this bonehead speeding the taping of the confrontation with a cop is obviously takes his job way too seriously I do support. I'm a citizen not a subject.

im specially happy this a hole cop didn't get away with his bullshit maneuver.
Who the hell does he think he is? its ok to pull your ****ing GUN out and AIM IT at someone, while in civilian clothes! simply because you got pissed off at a motorcyclist?! wtf?
reading all the comments on the link its amazing what some use as an excuse for this cop.
i understand that the motorcyclist deserved to be stopped immediately, he was speeding, reckless and a complete a hole too..... but that can all be taken care of with a simple throw of the sirens.
You could go into the whole " he could've been fleeing because he stoled it"...sure, if were going to assume that much just by looking at him, we should also assume he just killed his family and planted a bomb at the KFC.
call the cops that are in charge of such things, you stick to knocking on doors and serving papers. I hope they nail his ass for pulling out his gun in public, threatening a civilian with it , all without first identifying himself as a cop..... then searching his house and taking private property.

The cop never aimed his gun at anyone.......On the YouTube video the rider was flying through traffic at 120+, passed the marked cop who was sitting in the median, then the rider jumped on the first off ramp he came to. Cops probably thought he was going to run. The funny thing is that the cops initially let the guy go despite all the crap he pulled--the rider was on RR.net saying how cool the cops were after things calmed down.......then he went and posted his asshattery online and that's all she wrote.........

did you even read the article? dude got the traffic charges. they just dropped the charges of unlawfully recording a peace officer.
still the cop acted slightly excessive. although it was never pointed directly at the guy, he still pulled it out before identifying himself. the rider showed no sign of running, he stopped at a stop sign behind other vehicles.
Yeah, I did--it didn't tell the whole story.......Initially they let him completely walk. The cops asked him twice if he was if the camera was on. He lied and said "no" both times.......It was only after the video was posted on the internet that the cops/DA went after the guy. He was an idiot--should have kept it all under wraps after being let go for 120 in a 65..........
