Can you use Brembo radial master cylinder on stock brakes in the meantime, until a caliper upgrade or do you have to go to radial mounted brakes with the swap?
Other than the nomenclature there's really no relation between a radial mount caliper and a radial MC. You can use a radial MC on your stock bike without having to change the calipers, or lines for that matter. What's important is matching the dimension of piston and cylinder in the MC to the application.
Radial mount calipers are mounted radial in relation to the front axle.
A radial MC has an radial orientation of the piston related to the handlebar.
