I would at least check your sag again. Someone who knows more than I do may say that it wont change, but it doesn't hurt to check/set it again.

I just finished installing the same shock/link setup. I'm amazed at how much more adjustment there is than the stock junk. I can't wait to actually ride it. It was 107 degrees out today though :mad: :wtf

In my experience with suspensions (both street and dirt), any change how ever light to the rear and the sag changes also. This includes adjusting your chain. Even your body weight and or change in gear can affect sag.

When you install this "Link" You need/Should definitely reset your sag... because the link changes the spring rate,.. which Dan Kyle and others recommend actually installing the next heavier spring on the shock.
Which by the way, is another reason why your RC51 rode so plush after the link install.;)
