Honda's HRC Swingarm is a worthy upgrade for an RC45 and it's an easy
bolt on Mod if you happen to have all the kit parts specified in the
HRC manual... like HRC kit shock... HRC kit suspension linkage... HRC
kit brake hanger and so on... but if you don't have the parts then
it's a pain in the butt to interface one kit part with all the other
stock parts... so it was up to my own skills to engineer and machine a
list of parts to interface the HRC swingarm with the stock Honda
parts... consequently Mr.RC45 has been up on blocks for a couple of
months while the Lathe and Mill turned out the these parts... enjoy
the picture show...

Modified parts along side the stock Honda parts...

Now this is cool! I would really hate to see you toss it down the road though..
That's why I'm must check a riders bank account and riding skills before
offering a test hop...

Tossin something down the road isn't always a bad thing... makes you feel like hell though. Each time I've tossed a bike... it just came back better :rockon

Did you coat the aluminum in any kind of clearcoat? From my experience raw aluminum will pit very easily if you ride through the wrong stuff. Or you have to keep things really clean (Larry already does this).:notworthy

ok I'll bite..

How much of a RC45 could you fab yourself Larry? Mean how much bike would be needed for you to build one?

looks great larry:rockon

you don't happen to know if the NC30 SSS will bolt up on the RC30 do you? I need one to send to my guy to have made a bit different and i can't get mine off right now so i though using a easily found NC would suffice?

possibly if your old 45 swinger fits my 30 could i borrow yours for a week or so with compensation of course?

Beautiful work.

You are crazy to use an aluminium pivot. I dont care who uses them or how much weight they save. Totally not worth the risk.

I decided to leave it bare so I could polish it again and again...

I have 5 pages of home made mods... I think it could translate into over
51%... so I would need the other 49%...
