Seems like lots of people's new year resolution is to loose weight... And since it's polling time, might as well have one like this :)

I'm with ya gtoast. According to the BMI, I would have to be about ten pounds lighter than my lean body mass (according to a dunk tank test). That ain't happening anytime soon. I would love to get down to 230, but I don't have the will to do it now.

Re: How much do you weight? :) (VoyagerDude)

5"10" and 152. At almost 45 my wieght has not changed since college, except when I raced Ironman (went down to mid to high 140's). I drink too much, eat okay, and work out. Not a lot in terms of hours, but something 6 days a week (yoga, running, swimming, rowing mostly). Since I was 14....That's 9,703 days. Not counting the years racing triathlons where 2 workouts a day was the norm. Damn, all that time I could have spent riding.

Racer 666

Hey racer 666 - I raced triathlons for about 19 years, when did you do Ironman? Age/time?

With that height to weight ratio... do you have to safety wire your hands onto the grips so you don’t blow off the bike when you sit up at the end of a straight?

Re: How much do you weight? :) (Mental998)

6'4" 264lbs. Or 120kg for us that use metric weights. I could gain more speed if I lost some. I make my R1 seem small.
