I see in the classified section Ben has one for sale. Is this preferred over a PCIII USB? Why?
Not only is Damon the only one with experience on this, but he may also be the only one with the expertise to be able to install/integrate and tune one. I have the instructions in my HRC manual, but they might as well be in Japanese.
From my research the HRC ECU is different from the OEM in that it comes with a higher rev limit (11.5k?), a different base map and it is reprogrammable with the tuner box.
I can't recall whom, but I remember someone saying that you can more precisely tune the system with a powercommander than the analog 6 dial box. I also believe it was Damon who told me that he might piggyback a powercommander into the system and use that ontop of the tuner box, but I didn't get any confirmation that thats how it was done. Hopefully he can chime in here to clarify/verify.
