Wouls a lighter flywheel/clutch basket/clutch hub & plates combination change the fueling requirments of the motor??? I can't imagine why it would but...

i would not make any changes at all, nor would i expect to have to. it's not a fuelling related thing.

i don't know why that graph is like that - ignore it. the runs were done some time apart and the uncorrected runs were quite different, so that may have had an impact. i certainly didn't read anything into it.
