FS - 996Monster Street Fighter

I understand it's not technically a Monster but trust me it IS a Monster
If you think an S4R feels a bit sluggish and a SBK just makes you ache
, than this bike is for you !! Flawless handling, no ground clearance issues, no ugly bladder, ride it all day and a true, one of a kind motorcycle..

The 996Monster was my dream creation and I spent many hours conceptualizing and researching in order to create it..

Bought as an insurance total with 800 miles, removed damaged parts and created a true "Street Fighter". Once completed I had to take it through State Patrol inspection and it has a clear WA State "rebuilt title" now..
It turned out fantastic as you can see from the photos. This is a nasty motorcycle that turns mild mannered men into Tasmanian devils !! The few who have ridden it have all come back wide eyed and a bit stunned. The list of mods is long but not too extreme... under 2800 miles on it now.. New belts on 4/10/05 and for conversation sake I had a valve inspection done along with pulling the cams made sure there were no flaking rockers or scored cams in there..it looked perfect. Take a look at the pictures, e mail me if interested in learning more. [email protected]

Price $11500.00

Re: FS (Dave R)

Dave, the thing about Multistrataitis is that you get over it fairly quickly. Keep your bike or sell it and buy that S4R you guys built. Or buy nothing since can't you just ride everything there anyway?

Re: FS (hbliam)

my only problem Scott is that I can't leave them alone ! I always have to personalize the bike to my tastes.... I thought I would get over the MTSitis but I just keep coming back to that darn thing !! We just sold the MS4R-CRC...

Nice cleanup on the SBK, Dave.
BTW, where did you hide the battery?
And what's the connection between DNA and the Ohlins?

I love to look of the "Monster", any idea how it would be classed for insurance purpose?

Re: FS (Redisfaster)

It's insured currently as a 996 SBK thru State Farm...cheap too ! $334 12mo

I sure hope it goes to a good home too...honestly I haven't begun to advertise it localy because I would hate to see anything happen to it someday, it would be best if I never have to see it harmed

Dave, that is like selling a horny chick with big tits, something that should never be done.

If I did not have a full shed I would buy it staright out no problem, that is just awesome.
