Can anyone recommend a reputable shop that rebuilds/services aftermarket shocks? I have a Fox shock on my '02 RC51 that needs rebuilding. I'm located in the NY/NJ metropolitan area and someone local would be a plus. Thanks for your help guys. Mike

Hey Mike, this is who I use. Kent can service all shocks and setups. He really got my RC rollin like its on rails!! Just box it up and ship it to him! Or if you want there is a GMD Computrack some where in PA.

I've called Fox and they tell me they have no parts but to call Jim Lindemann. So I call Jim and he says he has parts but won't sell them to me unless I send a shock in. :wtf

LE is good, so is thermosman, traxxion dynamics, gmd (anywhere) all these guys are capable. ive used all of them myself, and i prefer to use someone closer to home and someone who i can find at my local tracks so i prefer to use gmd (ny) i never used mike yet, but i used pete at gmd boston a number of times with great success.

You can try Jim at Lindemann Engineering. He serviced my WP shock last winter.

I used Jodie Black at Carver Performance, Inc. 218-964-5670 [email protected]. She helped me get the parts to rebuild my Fox shock for my 90 ZX7.

I don't know how you came up with that but thank you. Crazy that I didn't know about them when they're 130 miles from my home.

I just got off of the phone with her and when I need my Fox's rebuilt that's where they are going. I have two Twin Clickers. One on an SV650, the other on an FZR400. Their price for a rebuild is very reasonable, less than Fox charged seven years ago.
