Any chance you could post some pics of the parts? What's the exchange rate these days?

Thanks

A few days ago it was 2.1xxxx, but today the dollar seems to be making a little rally. I think it was around 1.9xxxx last i checked. So a 2 to 1 is a pretty good average to go by. Easiest thing to do is just double the prices listed.
And a little FYI.....shipping form England to the U.S. is far more expensive than the other way around. So don't make the mistake of going to the USPS site thinking you will get a rate that is similar coming back across the pond. You can go to www.royalmail.com for quotes. But use this as a very loose guessing tool, as i've found rates seem to change quite often and for no apparent reason.

Airbox

Hi there
the airbox is not "complete", however all that is missing is the two side panels and a set of 4 Dzus clips which you can buy from eBay for near to nothing. The gaps you see at the front are so that the airbox wraps around the frame rails. This is an early 1995 / 1996 Ducati Corse MS productions made carbon airbox. Holes in it are also enlarged for use with large bore (54mm plus) throttle bodies!

a snip at this price as i've seen other people trying to sell this type of airbox (not even proper MS productions ones) for far far more!

e.g. Ducati Carbon Airbox 748/916/955/996 Racing/Corse on eBay, also Ducati, Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Parts Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 23-Mar-08 21:00:00 GMT)

and on top of all those, here are some photos of the 996RS heads that i have for sale as well. I also have a 'full' history for these heads as well and know rough mileage as well... but as you can see from the photos, they are still in great condition and have only just recently (8 months and not been used since) had new RS copper valve seats fitted during a full refresh. This work alone cost over £700 alone!!!!

Will do a deal on the heads and titanium valves if bought together...

Hi DucatiStu,

Would it be possible for you to show me a picture of the 998RS carbon dash attached to a frame so that i can figure out how the carbon dash fixing bracket differs from the stock 998 headlight bucket bracket?

Is it a bolt-on thing or do I need to modify a stock frame or get special adapters or extra brackets in order to make it fit?

Thanks!

This dash bolts directly onto the frame and requires no brackets, just bolts to attach it to the standard frame logs on the headstock. I have a full diagram of this item from the Ducati 998RS 2003 parts catalogue if you would like me to send it to you?

NB this item is new and comes with all the relevant parts for the data acquisition stuff you may want to fit, however you can not run headlights with this setup

what type? road 100mm spacing or race 108mm spacing???

i may have some road ones and brakes to fit from a 999R, but i'll have to check (definitely have the brakes still)
