flush mount turn signals

Hey everyone... I need to get a set of flush mount turn signals about 3 inches long and an inch wide. Anyone have any ideas on where I can find some? I would like LED ones if at all possible. Do I need to do anything like add resistors if I go with LED signals? Thanks a bunch!
