I'm posting it here for a few days. If they aren't sold yet, they will be on ebay.


I bought 2 MEDIUM RSF2 Shark Helmets, but they don't fit me. I've ordered two more to replace these.

The red/white = Laconi Replice
The blk/slv/gray = is just a regular race.

I just want to get back what I've paid for them, which was $385.00 each. Includes shipping. These are awesome helmets. The pictures dont do justice to the graphics. The paint job has some type of pear, which are really shiny in the sun light, which I didn't know about till I've got them.

I am interested in the Laconi.
I have never tried on a Shark. I have wanted one for years though.
How does it fit? Head shape and all. More like an Arai or a Shoei?
I currently run a Shoei X-Eleven size small. Small in the X-Eleven is:
Hat Size = 6 7/8 - 7
Inches Diameter = 20 7/8 - 21 1/4
mm Diameter = 55 - 56
I can not seem to find a sizing chart for the Sharks. Still looking though.....
Any input appreciated!

I wear a medium Arai Corsair, and it fit me way too tight. However, my friend wears a Small Arai Corsair and a Small Shoei X-11, and he said it felt a little more like the Shoei.

Here is the sizing shart:
SX= 53-54 mm
S= 55-56 mm
M= 57-58 mm
L= 59-60 mm
XL= 61-62 mm

However, I've sent an email to Shark for sizes, and the shark dude told me the shark runs a size smaller than Arai Corsairs.

Therefore, if you wear a Small Arai Corsair or Shoei X-11, you should wear a Medium Shark.

According to Shoei's website and what you posted, A small would be a small and a medium would be a medium.
I need to see if there is anyone local who deals Shark. I need to try one on.
Would you accept a return if it doesn't fit?

I understand what you are saying. However, I bought them in midium because the sizes were the same, but when I got them they didn't fit me, but they fitted my friend who wears a small corsair.

What racing organizations are each approved for use?

SNELL - FIM, PIM, AMA, Formula-USA, WERA, CCS.
BSI 6658 Type A - FIM, PIM, AMA, Formula-USA, WERA, CCS.
ECE 22-05 "P" - FIM, PIM, AMA, Formula-USA, WERA, CCS.
