See jami, I told you when you were at my house holding these bars. There was no way Mark made these! Since I have two of them in possesion, other than crashing one of my bikes, how would you all like to see me test these bars?

We stood there shaking our heads the entire time saying "There's no fukn way I'd use these".:woot: I told you that if you used them, I'd miss you after they killed you.

Take a clamp and put said clamp in vice. Take a 2lb sledge and take a good swing. I think this would simulate a good solid 50mph crash into pavement. make sure to hit the very end of the bar.

I have a vise and a 2lb dead blow sledge at work and you are free to come down and take a good swing let me know before hand and i will bring a video camera for the spectacle. I also have safety glasses to prevent the millions of shard from getting in our eyes.

or we tie the bars with one strap dead center and the other tied to each end and see if the bar flexes like this or just cracks and breaks. This is the way I expect it to break the easiest. either way I have necessary supplies and a camera... I work right off of cedar in Lakeville so swing on out. CTX46 also lies right around the corner so i am sure he would swing up as a witness.:rockon

i have never stated i made them, in fact i have mentioned i had not nor do i make the clip-ons they are all made for me to my specs

like i said, crash them up hope you end up OK:rockon

FWIW them aluminums are going to squish like 10 times quicker then the carbons so anything that would toast the carbons would not have allowed for ride the bike home aluminums, never.

Also, coming from a user point 7 years b4 i sold them i know the carbon vibe less them aluminums on the 51 and are a added bonus if you are into that
