Just to name a few....

It's cool that the American series can draw competitors like those listed (and a whole bunch more that I haven't listed).

Less than 250 miles from Chicago, and closer than that to St.Paul, Madison, and Milwaukee.

And the track--from a spectator's standpoint--is awesome!

The track is great for spectating, but it's AWESOME to ride.

At first I was kinda bummed to see where they placed the Urbancross® ramps. That is a pretty cool part of the track, and it's fast. When we were there in June you could see the rubber that VDB had laid down during testing going into that left hander after the ramps.

However, from safety standpoint, I guess it's a good place to slow the riders down. There is not much for run off in that corner.

Should be an awesome show.

Any bets on where E-Boz will end up?

As far as I'm concerned, you can cut those urban cross ramps to bits and sell it for scrap.

I think I am going to be there, does anyone remember how long it takes to get there from the twin cities? I was thinking of riding over so I'd have to leave pretty early.

Plan on about 5-6 hours if you are riding.

Re: Do NOT miss this race! (Dave)

I'm guessing Pastrana hit his head on something and couldn't make it?
