Two tire spoons, two plastic rim protectors and soapy water. "Static" balance with K&L stand. Rear wheel alignment check with string or 6' aluminum straight edge (straight enough). Almost forgot, I use the manual bead breaker on an old crappy manual Coats tire machine.
For the rim protectors the link below, and you can get tire irons off of ebay for cheap, i think they are usually sold in a pack of three. You can make a bead breaker cheap just search google or you can use a c clamp. If is not hard just besure that the tires are not cold from being inside the house they need to be somewhat warm and use plenty of soapy water that makes the biggest difference.
