I have ten images from the sherrifs dept. depicting this scene. In short is is an S section of road. The bike travels against the oncoming car. The image depicting the ambulance face is the same direction of the earlier oncoming car and facing the oncoming traveling bike and rider.

all images looking down with the road turning left are the direction the bike was headed with an opposite curve behind the bike.

how did the bike get where it is and howdi it get there from the other side of the road if only going about 50mph? if fider error...how is that rider at the at speed so far across the line in such a flowing curve? and if the line made by the cars tire in the grass are correct...how/ and where did the true impact occur and who's fault ?

what explains the car tracks of the (car/bike impact) in the grass and how long they are all the way down to the cars right hand turn?

where is the belief of the true impact? Did the bike catch air and be relocated....? IF the car was in the grass (see tracks) how did the car and bike impact ?

that windshield is smashed by the riders body impact over the bike after the torn tank rips both pants and leg and glove and hand. Arai saves head and life..

consider the last pic....if the bike is to be traveling away (right laneI in the pic...how did the bike land where it is ...considering the oncoming impact cars tracks in the grass that can be traced far back to their own corner of the S....... ?/????

Throttle:

Is there a sideroad or driveway somewhere along the right side of the road?
Looks like this car made a left turn into your lane because they didnt see you coming and you swerved into the oncoming lane to avoid the car.
You met on the yellow line.
Those tire tracks in the grass look like they go right down to the dirt like they have been there awhile. But this is just my :twocents

Bike comes around right hand turn, runs wide and strikes car at front wheel rider comes off left side of bike, strikes the windshield and pillar, bike grinds along car and continues on with out rider...As far as the cars location and the tire marks they sure look like a skid and at 30 to 50 mph a car that takes to the grass to avoid a motorcycle coming head on will probably take that amount of distance to stop on the road side grass.

My take is this is a case of a rider making a mistake that could have ended his life. Even if the car was in the oncoming lane the fact that the impact is on the side in a longitudinal abrasion shows the bike was on a minimum of 15 degrees of vector at impact:twocents

Rider ran wide into oncoming traffic... car sees him and tries to veer off road to avoid a collision.. Rider target fixates on car sending him wider and directly into the path of the front left fender of the car... bike continues down the side of the car after the rider is ejected into the windshield

That's a LEFT turn, not a right turn, from the riders perspective (travelling the opposite way the ambulance faced), which means the rider either turned into the car (apexing the corner) or the car ran wide in his "right" turn (from cars perspective) and tried to commit vehicular manslaughter.

Who's fault - history tells us it was most likely the riders.....
