APRIL 17th USA International Raceway
will be having an open practice session.

As I mentioned, Jeremy Wilkey of MX-TECH will be on hand to assist in set-up for your Supermoto bikes.

One thing I did forget to mention, that this service to you is FREE.

Open Practice at one of the most technical tracks in the midwest - $50.00
Suspension set-up by a Supermoto specialist - FREE
The amount of fun you will have and the amazing confidence you will have on your bike that is properly set-up by a professional - PRICELESS

Don't miss out on this oppurtunity to get it set-up the way you want it. You can spend thousands on motor work and bling bling for your bike, but if it doesn't handle right you will never get any faster or have the confidence to go faster.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call or e-mail me.

Re: Did I mention it was FREE!!! (supermoto90)

Perry,

Are there any plans of holding additional track days and/or races in the next couple months leading up to the AMA National?

Are you willing and/or able to give any feedback as to why USA Int. did not get involved with the series between RA and Springfield?

Thanks
Colin

I'd really like to be there Perry but it just ain't gonna happen for me.

I'm signed up for both days of the Supermoto School at USAIR in June!

There's still time! If anyone in the Midwest wants to get down to brass tacks and put on a race, we're willing to share our process and help them drum up a turnout.

My hope would be that they are successful and would want to be part of the series in 2006. I have hopes for 2-3 more venues in the series next year. And like Banda said, we'll share any information we have with helping someone put on a race. We have some knowledge, just not the time and resources.

Re: Did I mention it was FREE!!! (supermoto90)

I'll try and answer each question.

1. There will be some open practice days prior to the AMA National being there, however we will not be running the same configuration that we will be using for the AMA. But keep on the lookout for up and coming dates for open practice. I will be trying to get 2-3 more dates in before that event. Once the website is complete I will post the scheduled events there. This time of the year is sketchy because of the weather. But I will certainly keep all you SM Gods out there posted.

2. Regarding the track being a part of the Central US Championships. To be honest, the track kind of dragged their feet on getting in touch with Chris in time. But we are certainly going to discuss it being a part of the 2006 season. The nice thing about USA Int. Rcwy. Is that you can run as many as 5 different configs to always make it different.

Chris has done an awsome job with pulling this series together and I want to give kudos to him. I am sure we can get on the roster for next years events.

3. If anyone is interested in promoting an event at the track for a race, practice or even a private event, just let me know. I am very open to doing whatever to get people to try it out and see what it's all about. If there is someone out there that would want to contact Chris to discuss bringing an event to USA, that would be fine. I can discuss the cost of track rental and insurance to them. The rest would be up to them. I really don't want to get involved, but would help anyone that is interested.

Feel free to contact me either by cell or by e-mail if anyone is interested in renting the track for an event.

Hope this answers everyones questions.

Don't forget the West Coast Supermoto School will be coming to our track. Darrick and I talked this morning and he is looking to have 15 students for the class. That is all, Doug and Darrick prefer to keep the classes small because they like giving more personal attention to the students to help them learn and teach them to get better rather than just making the money.

So make sure you get registered quickly before all the spots are filled. He told me that they are getting close to capacity.

Only 15 riders?!? Holy cow, that's fantastic! Of course, that means everybody will be able to see how bad I really am!
