I made these a while back. There HRC replicas of part # 64511-NL6-00. There use on racing farings to quickly remove them. I have 5 if anybody is interested! There are not cheap do to the original HRC hardware and machining but very handy at the track! You do need to cut access in the farings for the B clip so I recomend them to people with racing or afttermarket farings. Selling the pair for 132$ shipped within US. Please see attach pictures!
