I've got a couple Gilles chain adjuster sets for the 1krr......if you get me measurements i'll check for ya.
Need the depth(front to rear) of the axle block recess, as well as the height(top to bottom). One last thing would be the width of the very ends of the swinger.....thickness from back side of the swinger(inside) to the part of the axle block recess on the other side(outside).

Gilles did make them. No longer. I "bought" gilles chain adjusters about 15 times for the RC51 when i had it. Every time the next day i would get an email or a call saying they were accidentally left on the site, and that they didn't have any. One place even looked everywhere they could for me. No deal.

D*mn, forgot you people from the other side of the sea are measuring with the wrong units;

40.8 = 1.6062589128 inch,
81.5 = 3.2085809165000003 inch,
16.2 = 0.6377792742 inch,
18 = 0.7086436380000001 inch.

Hope this helps!!

One of the very few over here who agree. Never did understand why folks use standard sizing. Its just to easy for folks to confuse fractions and end up with the wrong measurements. Has happened numerous times with machinist in my area.
Anyway, will get back to you with some news as soon as i can.

Looks like the adjusters are not going to be interchangeable. Below is a comparison of the RC on the left with measurements from tuurio and the ones on the right are for the 2004-2007 1KRR swinger as measured by me.

40.8mm--RC51===== 46.7mm--1KRR
81.5mm--RC51=====92.4mm--1KRR
16.2mm--RC51=====23.8mm--1KRR....not all that important when compared to the measurement there at the bottom*
18mm--RC51=======18mm--1KRR

*Center of the threaded adjuster bolt hole to the inside part of the axle block recess is 7.8mm or around there on the 2004-2007 1KRR swinger.

This is seriously bad news... i've checked the gilles pn's the 929/954 and the rc are the same, so we can consider them swapable. But the 1krr and rc aren't, just like your measurements tell's us.
