Here is the very first tank pad off of my very first hand made mold.
I was quite happy with the result on first inspection, a few clumps of wax to pick off... some 1000 grit after trimming out and the clear coat on Monday when I drop off my next batch of goodies to the painters.
Also a sneak peak of a snorkel before clearing.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Speedzilla member who has picked up my first tank pad to be released.

He has requested it in a matte finish like the snorkel in earlier posts.

I will post a picture before I ship it out. Also have another version of tank pad to be available soon.

Thanks for the support.

I have begun to mold my lidded airbox plug.

First version to be available is NOT for use with OEM thermostat, the second version WILL be for use with the OEM thermostat.

Here is a few pictures to give an idea of what the finished product will look like, but it will be in full carbon when done.

I have had a slight issue with getting clear coat onto my parts and have had to change my methods a little.

I have a few blemished snorkels ( imperfect clear coat " fisheyes " ) available, good for track bikes.

Here is an example of a blemished snorkel that I just sold today at discounted price.

Cheers  PM for details.

Here is the new style of paper panel air filter I am offering with my airbox kits.

I have fit my new version of air filter to the airbox.
It is very simple.
The paper section of the new filter sits into the filter hole from the outside of the box, the rubber border seal on the filter meets with some foam weather strip attached to the box.
When installing the box, pushing down and towards the front of the bike the box will pop into place " pinching " the filter into place as well.
It forms a very nice... air tight seal.
The weather strip I am using for sealing against the tank is perfect as well.
More on that soon as my Sebimoto carbon tank arrives so I can test fit the box against the bottom of it.

More soon, I have a few new molds nearly finished

Here is the very first snorkel I ever made.

It is a plain weave version - The only one I have made so far as everyone is ordering up the twill versions.

Weyrauch51 has bought this one for his track build. It is not a perfect snorkel - and he did get a discount to reflect that.

FWIW: I'd like to see a picture of that white Air Box with the lid on.... Also, what's up with the "REAR intake hole", Looks HUGE!....?

Is this the same air filter setup that you will be offer with your in-closed box? Any chance of a cloth type filter?

cf airbox

I am an rc51 noob so excuse the question....what is the difference in a Mori, hrc, etc air boxes? I would like a cf setup but don't know which...I'll also take a Blemished air box and/or snorkel..

Great to have someone building lightweight parts...The RD community is 1 reason I bought an RC...lots of tightly knit people helping each other....

Your reputation precedes you duckhunter...pm me prices.

The Moriwaki fully closed / lidded airbox is available in Carbon or FRP, it has it's own lid to seal the top of the box. Same as the original HRC airbox.

The DHC ( Previously Turn1 ) or Durbahn airbox kits use the tank as the lid, also called open top boxes.

The HRC airbox was a factory part and is NLA.... if you do find one you can not use it SAVE a lot of headache and custom work. Not to mention you need the the HRC T.B's and numerous other kit parts.

PM sent.
