">Whew<...I got my knee, elbow, and clutch cover down on that last turn, Baby. This is pretty dangerous. Maybe you should have worn more than that ballcap on your head...Baby? Baby!?"

"Eye-P" (you newer members won't understand who he is) is still a bit rusty on his lane splitting skills since moving to California, and soon discovered that pucks epoxied to his knees were of little use......:D

Somethings not right...

Seeing this guy in this condition; the bikes looks perfect... could be the other side, but it just doesn't make sense...

1. Maybe he crashed his friends bike and he's leaving on his.
2. Maybe he crashe his and his friend not noticing the blood let him take his for a ride.

What we've learned:

Gear may actually work if you wear it and it a good wash cloth helps to keep your skinned hand from sticking to the grip.

Be Well ride appropriately everyone!!!

Look again. The engine cover is rashed and their is some slight marring of the fairing graphics just to the left of it despite the slider (doh). Definitely a minor, low speed drop but you wouldn't know that by the looks of his skin. :banghead I wonder if he has a matching rag to protect the the throttle grip from his bleeding palms? :wacky:woot:

You'd be suprised, I recently bailed on my Supermoto at all of about 15-20 MPH (lost the front in a nanosecond on cold rubber/dirty track):banghead It DESTROYED the knee area next to the slider, jeans woulda equaled skin graft.

The lesson= A.T.G.A.T.T (ALL the gear, ALL the time!)

I couldn't save it on my knee

I couldn't save it on my elbow

I saved it on my hand though!!!!

Classic... I'm sure this is the story he told at work the next day. Never mind the example of a rookie gone bad...

But we all learn our own way I guess... :banghead
