can anyone tell me....

I want to change the rear sprocket on my 749s but am not sure if I should go for a 40 or 41 tooth sprocket is there a difference? I ride almost exclusively on the street. Also is a racing chain desirable?

i went 41,if only to be easier on the clutch,still breaking in though,liked the difference,stock chain too

I went with 40, but have yet to make the change. DO NOT USE A RACE CHAIN!!! They are made for only so many miles and hours.
