Anyone here have any experience with these tires at the track? I am running an ex500 and thinking about trying a set.

I think that's what I used on my FZR400 because of teh 18 inch wheels.
If so, they are pretty decent. Way enough for a smaller bike. I liked the grip.

Re: (Manu)

My experience was a half a season on them in 2003. I would get mayb one good 8 lap sprint race on them and after that they would deteriorate to nothing rapidly. I switched to Michelins and have never looked back.

Re: Bridgestone 090 pro (casjoker)

BT 090? They will work fine on an EX 500. I used them for two seasons on a GS 500 for track days. I was getting 300 laps out of a set. Now I am talking track days, and I am no longer running race pace, but I still get a knee down in every corner that is warrented. Maybe they don't work great on bigger more powerful bikes, but they work great on 40-50 rwhp bikes. They are essentialy a bridgestone hard slick compound.

Want to see how they work after 200 laps? I am following my son on a GS 500. He is on BT090 tires with over 200 laps on them. Here you go:http://www.fototime.com/D9B4D80CF2585E0/conv.wmv
