SOLD>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Not gonna be having 2 bikes. Getting down to one so all extras will be going.

Got this one for the street bike.

It has SP2 pins, however I don't know if they will fit SP1 or even if there is a difference.

As stated, new in the box still wrapped up.

$260 shipped to you.

Hit me back if your interested.

Anyone tried one of these in the bed of a truck?
A buddy of mine hauled his R6 in the bed of a full size 04 Chevy truck. Mounted forward, all the way back, tailgate closes. Just make sure you don't drill into anything. Maybe an extra larger washer underneith the bed.

The Pitbull TRS is the best way to transport a bike that I've seen.

Strapless Stands are another option that work really well for a little less money. The Pitbull are nice because it is easier for one person to mount the bike.

I think Pitbull controls the price, so I don't think you can find dealers selling them much cheaper than msrp. I bought mine from Indy Superbikes, picked them up and saved the shipping cost. Do you need two? I bought one and an extra pin set for another bike.

I sell them too, but shipping costs, drop shop fees etc eat into the dealer pricing and pretty much run them right back into retail pricing so there aren't really that many deals to be had. Most of my Pit-Bull (& Baxley sport chocks for that matter) sales are local pick-ups where we already have them in stock, the customer sees them and they buy them right then & there. Very rarely do we end up shipping them etc...

Having said all that, the price for Pit-Bull products is a bargain for the quality that you get as you will keep these things for the rest of your life.

BTW Rode Buttonwillow yesterday, 60° & Sunny with a mild breeze :D

I will always have one bike back there on trips but more than likely will normally have 2.

on a lot of trips i will take one other person or i will be greedy and haul both bikes. I travel a lot so taking my bike with me is a must or I miss riding time. for me a 10 hour drive in the truck is pleasurable if I know that when I get there I have a bike to cruise around on instead of riding in my truck everywhere I go.

Sportbiketrackgear.com

You see their list price but let them know your're Mil and you get some more knocked off of it. There list price is shipped to your door also so there's no adding shipping fees and such.

The best for Mil. members have been STG or Ridersdiscount.

You might have to prove your Mil. but the savings is worth it and they also know to shred the info afterwards. I've had accounts set up with both since 06 and no problems at all.

I'm not sure how secure all these other ones are.

To me, from all I've seen from traveling all over by road.

You need to make sure the system you secure your bike with can take the quick actions you might have to do if faced with certain situations. Like that person swerving into your lane, pulling out from a stop sign and that big ass almost a foot deep pot hole on the hwy.

I like knowing that my bike will not be moving anywhere with the Pit Bull.

IF it does move with the Pit Bull, you have farrrrrrrr more to worry about at that time. :D
