I can call the French customs (for taxes) if you want.
Concerning the registration, the only big issue in France is the power limitation (100 hp) but this is not your case.

OK! Let me know. In France, motocycles are limited to 100 HP (stupid law...) so I don't think it is possible to register one with more than this limit...But you have a 900SSFE? So there is no problem...
The French 998 owner must be El Gladiateur (limited to 100HP )...
